Turn Auto Play off for audio Files
Please add a way to stop audio files from playing instantly, as soon as you open them. On the Dropbox app, using an iPhone, the minute you open the file it starts playing. If you have previously played that audio file and paused it half way through, you can't stop it from playing in time to take it back to the start. We use Dropbox for our choir and keep our backing tracks and sheet music together. During a performance we need to make sure all the files have been returned to the start and we can't have them ready to go to press play.
Support send to iPad/iPhone in preview markup
Normally when I take screenshots on my mac I can send the image to my iPad and markup the image on my iPad (without needing to save the image to my iPad). I find this really useful as I can markup my screenshots with Apple Pencil. It would be super handy if Dropbox screenshot markup supported this also.
Improved MP3 Player: Play Audio While Viewing Sheet Music or Documents
Hi there, (for iPad/iOS and general) It would be great if the MP3 player could be displayed side-by-side (for example, in a side panel), so that MP3 files can play in a built-in player while a PDF or other document is open at the same time within the Dropbox app. This would be extremely helpful for musicians and similar use cases. Also, please ensure that basic MP3 playback options are available (some may already exist), such as play once, shuffle, and loop. For my workflow, “play once” would be the most important feature. Save Offline Folder Link to Home Screen on iOS
I want to be able to go directly to a single offline folder directly by clicking on an icon on my Home Screen on iOS just like I can add (share) a URL from Safari to my Home Screen. One click on an icon on my Home Screen takes me directly into a specific folder in Dropbox folder.
