Anyone get scammed by formswift? Evidently they are tied to Dropbox somehow. I now have a charge of 37.00 on my debit card When I call the number then they want my bank account number or my debit card. Never even asked my name, address, or phone number. Is way to difficult and convoluted and took much more time than it should have. This is the worst experience I've had with Dropbox. You normally make things easy. This was a pain in the ass, and for no good reason. I have deleted members months ago, didn't re-assign their licenses and was continuing to get charged. So I wanted to reduce the licenses. It was damn hard to find the way to do this. Hello, I have charges on my credit card from dropbox, but do not have an active account with a paid plan. Since I do not have a paid plan I cannot get support in any way. I tried using the "Billing Help Request" page, but my submission thus far has been ignored for over 2 weeks. If my credit card is being charged how can I get to talk with someone (phone, etc) to sort out this issue? There is no phone number for support, and no way to submit a ticket without a paid plan. Hi all, I work for an organisation and our bank card is being charged for a dropbox account. None of our current staff pay for an account. We think it might be an ex staff member who paid for the account and didn't cancel their subscription before leaving. How do we find out how to access the account that we are paying for. I am on an annual subscription to dropbox. My payment was set up to automatically paid upon renew with my credit card. Since my last renewal my credit card was updated with a new expiration date. Dropbox declined my payment. While I tried countless times, I was unable to update my credit card information on their website. I had at least five chat sessions with sales (the only drobbox personel you can have live communication with) and they were totally unable and unequipped to provide any support. Technical support is only done through online requests. I deleted cookies and cleared my cache as suggested in the community help center with no success. I logged in using "incognito" on the Chrome browser as recommended, with no success. I submitted a formal tech support request and got a ticket#. I am waiting for a reply. It has only been a day. It is totally impossible to talk with anyone in technical support (no phone numbers except for sales) or to use the chat line to speak with a technician. There is no way to get in touch with anyone at drobox who can accept a payment if you are unable to update your payment information online. Like a monkey with a typewriter, I finally changed my payment option from Visa to Paypal. The transaction was processed immediately. Ironically, my Paypal account is linked to the same Visa credit card I was so frustratingly trying to use to make the payment. If you are having the same problem let dropbox know. Hi I would like to know how the community comparing these two plans. I already have dropbox personal plus and my company give me a dropbox business account. However, I really want to use smart sync in my personal folder. Of course, I can save my files in dropbox business folder, but I just don't want. So, there are two options for me, personal professional and business standard. I only want to use smartsync in my personal files, which option is the best? I see that business standard is even cheaper than perosnal pro... How the community members comparing two?
