Can't activate Dell 20 GB Dropbox promotion
Dell Promo 20GB not working even after reinstalling dropbox I just bought a dell and am trying to get the add'l 20GB space. There is a "Get 20GB disk space" notification but it says "Dropbox already installed. Try to uninstall and reinstall dropbox to redeem offer from Dell". I purchased a HP 15t-dy200 Touch Laptop directly from HP's website on 11/26/2020. This laptop was assembled new on 12/03/2020, and was delivered on 12/10/2020. By all accounts it should have the 100GB Dropbox offer, however it only came with the 25GB offer through the pre-loaded software, which was added to my account. Hello, I've got 100GB free with my new Acer computer. The offer says I've got 100GB storage for 1 year. What happens after 1 year if I don't upgrade and I stick with the free 2gb plan?? It has only recently renewed but as my work situation has changed I need to cut some costs while I seek new work.
