How can I redeem the 50% Discount for Dropbox Plus with Adobe Creative Cloud?
I have both an Adobe Creative Cloud and a Dropbox Plus subscription. I recently saw that I could be saving 50% on my Dropbox Plus sub.
It has only recently renewed but as my work situation has changed I need to cut some costs while I seek new work.
I want to keep my subscription but want to take advantage of this offer I'm entitled to.
Could someone let me know if they've been able to do this? When I click Redeem Offer it says I already have a Dropbox Plus plan.
I've been paying for Adobe for 30 years and Dropbox for 15 years.
Many thanks!

Indeed, this promotion with Adobe does exist, however, it cannot be redeemed if you're already on a Dropbox Plus subscription, just like the error message mentioned.
It works for existing users, just not the ones that have already purchased their plan.
Let me know if you have any questions.

same scenario, i cancelled my dropbox which is scheduled to end on Aug 31, 2024. It is September 1 2024, and i cannot implement the Creative Cloud - Dropbox plan. is there any way to apply this promotion?

You'll almost certainly need to wait for Dropbox to downgrade you which can take a few days. It isn't usually instant - especially over a none working day such as a weekend.
Plus, double check the terms don't exclude people who have already been Plus.

You know if this Adobe 50% off offer is around a while or is it a temporary thing? I just stumbled across the same problem, and ended my DB subscription, which will run out in January next year. Plan is to pick up the adobe offer afterwards, but would be nice if this still exists next year...

I'm having an issue in regards to this, also. New Dropbox user and decided to try it due to the tempting 50% off Adobe offer.
I'm on the Essentials plan. It automatically started with a month's free trial that ends on Nov 6th, even though I just wanted to pay for the year. Found an email that states the charge after the trial period ends is £199.00 yearly. I just looked at the universal Dropbox pricing and it's £199.00 yearly - so my 50% discount hasn't been applied. I can't seem to locate the chatbot on the site either - just keep getting sent around in circles saying my plan doesn't support live chat, yet my plan spec says email/live chat is supported. Confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Don't want to have to cancel after the trial period as I'm enjoying the software, but feel I've been duped into paying full here. - Rich2 years ago

A trial plan typically doesn't include the support options that the equivalent paid plan includes. Probably because people would just add a trial to their account, contact Support, and then cancel the trial without being charged. However, you can still contact Support for billing issues by entering a ticket.
To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

It's my first time using it, but I keep getting the following error.
" Cash codes are not applicable. Please contact your sales team for more information."
What kind of error is this? - Hannah2 years ago

Hey Janny_, can you check your plan page and let us know what kind of plan you're signed into?
Are you on a paid subscription?

Hello, I'm facing the same ("cash codes are not applicable") problem. I was using Dropbox Plus until yesterday, but that plan ended and I'm now using Basic.

Hey remin, let's check together and see what we can find!
Just to make sure we're on the same page here, would you mind checking your account's plan page, to make sure that it's downgraded?
Also, if you check the terms of the promo on your end, do you see an expiration date? That is if you have a way to check.
