Why did I go over-quota, if the owner of the shared folder has a paid account?
I’m sharing files to a company folder that was created specifically for me. However, on my end, Dropbox is asking me to upgrade because I’ve run out of storage. The company I’m working with has a professional account, so I’m unsure why I’m being asked to pay in order to upload files to their folder.
Why can't I upload my files when I have plenty of space left on my Dropbox account?
I just signed up with Dropbox for the free 2GB storage space. I have trying to save important training documents and it is saying I am out of space when I clearly have plenty of storage space left. Can I get some assistance with this? I have only used 0.09 GB. I don't have anything in backup.
I can't upload files to my iOS mobile app, as my iPhone has run out of space. Why is that?
Hi all! My iPhone is out of storage and so I’m currently trying to move my pictures into Dropbox. However, I’m getting messages saying my phone has no storage (and therefore, it would seem, can’t perform the operation).. Does that sound right? If so, I’m in a bit of a conundrum, because I can’t delete the photos to free storage on my phone until they’re on Dropbox! Grateful for any input. Thanks!
