Dropbox search may not be working as expected

We are STILL waiting for a solution. 

We use TAGS extensively on dropbox to search for content we have tagged and this is not working. 

 

When can we expect a reply - We are paying for dozens of licenses and not having basic search and indexing working is non-negotiable. 

 

Please advice.

BPCABA There was a recent search disruption, but it should be working again now. Please try again and contact support if you're still seeing any issues.
