Paper API migration - Can old Dropbox account be moved to Paper 2020 now before September 20?

As we are using Paper APIs in our application, we have started Paper API migration changes, but to avoid some complexities, we wanted to deprecate old Paper APIs and move all our users with old Dropb...

No, right now Dropbox doesn't offer a way to migrate existing accounts ahead of time, but I'll pass this along as a feature request. I can't promise if or when that might be implemented though.
