Solved

.DOC files in Dropbox load with 0 item, when they should be 1.2.

Have word DOC's loaded into Dropbox with table content with a column containing ITEM numbers, these show in Dropbox OR when printed from Dropbox as:

when they should be 1.2 etc.

If you save the file to local PC and print the correct "features" of ITEMS are printed.

Why would the be ?

Thank You

Terry

  • Thank you everyone, the solution, in my case/screen setup, required right click on the document.

Again thank you for your assistance.

The Dropbox website only displays a preview, like all web services this isn't always perfect.

However, what happens if you open it in Excel for web on the Dropbox site?

Mark is referring to the option of opening a document within Word for the web.
