Solved

.docx files are supported but something went wrong.

When I upload a word docx and then try to preview it I get the error message: .docx files are supported but something went wrong.

My file is 42.48 MB. Why am I getting this error, as I've uploaded previous files with no issue?

  • So I just solved the issue, it was on my end. I had to go back into MS Word and reformat the indentations more to the right. I then re-uploaded the file in dropbox and I was able to preview and share the document with no formatting issues.

    Perfect!!

    Hi Walter,

Thank you for your reply, I did both suggestions and still received the same error message. when I preview and share.

Do you have any more suggestions?
