Accessibility to DropBox files for Amazon

Amazon is telling me that I have an accessability problem with my DropBox files.  Please help.  How does Amazon access my file links in excel?  Here is what they look like and its WRONG:

    Hi Peter, if you’re trying to share a link to a file in Dropbox, you need to create one using the following steps.
     
    The link you provided only works if you’re viewing the file while logged into your own account, so it wasn’t a shared link, it won’t work for anyone else.
