Are the Dropbox servers down? I'm unable to download my files from the website.

Very unlikely due to the fact that you are only person whos reporting it - this place usually falls apart as soon as there's a service issue.
Have you ran a traceroute to see where the issue is?

Hm, I don't know on what to make traceroute? ,did you mean dropbox link where data is shared on dropbox?
What you mean is falling apart, are the whole dropbox infrastracture, servers, or here service when problems appears?
I did even try to download on diferent sistem but the problem is same. Could this be problem with provider, or locking some ports?

If yes, can you test this via another browser/incognito window and let me know what happens?
Finally, whatâs the total size of files youâre trying to download?
