Are the Dropbox servers down? I'm unable to download my files from the website.

Hello to all. I am unable to download files from dropbox server. On optical network with 300 Mbps dropbox via web browser pulling barely 20 - 30 kbps. Even is hard to acess the files on service. All ...

Hm, I don't know on what to make traceroute? ,did you mean dropbox link where data is shared on dropbox? 

What you mean is falling apart, are the whole dropbox infrastracture, servers, or here service when problems appears? 

I did even try to download on diferent sistem but the problem is same. Could this be problem with provider, or locking some ports?

If yes, can you test this via another browser/incognito window and let me know what happens? 

 

Finally, what’s the total size of files you’re trying to download?
