I tried a different browser and also the Chat person told me to try Incognito mode. Neither changed the fact that all my documents are "fuzzy" or blurry.

Based on another comment here I tried zooming in on a few blurry pdfs. Once they get to 212% they became clear. Zooming back out results in blur again.

Hi Everybody,
Our Engineers were notified of this issue and have implemented a solution. Low Resolution PDFs should no longer appear blurry. Additionally, blurred PDFs should no longer display while loading. We will continue to monitor this situation and implement changes as needed.
Please let us know if you continue to experience this issue and we can pass it along!
Regards,
Ben

Technical fix from DropBox Engineering MOST appreciated: things are back to normal/appear correct, not blurred, to the casual viewer on preview.
Thanks to the Engineering team and to all my fellow-sufferers of the bug who kept after customer service/tech support!

Whatever fix happened, it did not work for me. I am still experiencing blurred previews when viewing .pdf documents (existing as well as recently uploaded to Dropbox) via web browser on my mobile device. Any suggestions?
