Whatever fix happened, it did not work for me. I am still experiencing blurred previews when viewing .pdf documents (existing as well as recently uploaded to Dropbox) via web browser on my mobile device. Any suggestions?

Thank you. Unfortunately, I am using the free version and only have access to the "chatbot" which wasn't much help. Looking forward to a solution for this soon. The only way we are able to view the .pdf documents in our browser is to download them to our devices and view. This appears to only work for those with iPhones. Android users are not able to download the .pdf files. This is all incredibly frustrating.
