camera uploads are corrupted

How can i restore the photos in my dropbox.  Photos got corrupted when i tried to transfer them to my external drive. Will appreciate help.

Could you clarify if the photos appear corrupted when viewing them on the Dropbox site?

 

Do the photos get corrupted when downloading to your computer?
