Can I export my Dropbox Paper docs as PDF?
Currently beta-testing dropbox paper.
The application integrated some of nice features from Hackpad (e.g. insert table), but still lacked insert link function. Will this be added in the future?

Super User IIDropbox doesn't provide timelines or really any information on what features it may or may not be considering. We likely won't know if they plan on adding native PDF support until they actually add it or announce it.
