Can not open a drop box document in Excel or Word due to error

You should be able to add it back through the App Center at this point accessparksSteve 

 

Could you give it a go and let me know how it goes?

I did... see above. I disconnected and reconnected. Sent the screen shot showing reconnected March 1st. I appreciate your help. My admin is perplexed he can usually resolve anything
