Can not open Microsoft file on Dropbox Mobile App

Dropbox App (IOS) would crash if I opened Word Document. Error - Message

    Hey Annie P, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Can you please let us know the version of your device's OS and the version of the Dropbox app and the Word app installed there as well?

     

    Have you tried clearing the app's cache at all since you first got this error?

     

    Any additional information is more than welcome!
