Cannot make files available offline on my iPad with Dropbox Basic (I have only 3 devices connected)

I thought Dropbox basic allows 3 devices to be connected and where files are made available offline. I cannot make the files available offline for my iPad anymore even I have 3 devices in total connected. It keeps pointing me to pay for the Dropbox Plus plan.

Did the Dropbox policy change so Basic plan does not allow this anymore?

Hey Abi7, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Are you noticing this issue when you try to offline individual files or whole folders?

I'm only asking because the ability to make an entire folder available offline is only available to customers on Dropbox Plus, Family, Professional, Standard, Advanced, and Enterprise plans. The ability to make individual files available offline is available to all Dropbox users.

Let me know more and we'll take it from there.

Hi gj3412, just for clarification, are you trying to mark files as available offline, or folders?

I think off line.  I used to work few files at home with my laptop. Then following day, I could work with the same files in my office with desk top. From Weeks ago, I could find the files which I worked previous day were not synched. Is that only available for dp plus?

You can mark files as available offline on all plans. Marking folders as available offline is only available on paid plans.
