Wondering if I should be sure all files are on server, delete Dropbox folder and app and reinstall? I deleted the app and reinstalled but not the DB folder in Finder.. Im a tech consultant FYI - its acting like an extension is missing? I thought reinstalling the app would fix it but it didnt. So wipe it clean and start over (meaning dropbox clean not whole mac)

Can you please first clarify what you mean by "server", rebel93465?

Hi rebel93465, since you mentioned that the screenshots shows that it's an unlinked Dropbox folder, are you certain that the Dropbox desktop application is signed into the correct account as on the Dropbox site?
Are you looking at the correct Dropbox folder on your device? Could you use these steps to locate it?
