Damaged files on the Dropbox desktop app on MacOS Sequoia

Can you clarify if those files are online-only or available offline on your computer based on their syncing icons?
Also, what is your computer's OS version and the status/version of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar?

Hi Walter - thanks for the reply. The issue is that they're set to 'available when online'. I was not even aware of this feature -- thank you.
