Make sure all links within the HTML file are relative, to the HTML file, otherwise they will not work for anyone else viewing the file.
A link to a CSS file that looks like this:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="C:\Users\YourName\Dropbox\FolderName\styles\mystyle.css">... will only work for you. Instead, it's needs to use a relatvie path, and when downloaded by someone else, they need to keep the folder structure the same.
