Downloaded folders are empty

Could it be that the files in the folders in question contain incompatible characters?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me Lusil 

 

The only speciwl characters used in the files and folders were  .  -  and &

 

None of the unsupported characters you linked.

 

Any other ideas?
