Downloading OGG files as MP3
I received an folder with OGG files which I cannot play on my computer. Is there a way of downloading them as MP3 which I can play without problems? Thanks!
I would suggest simply to use an online converter to convert your OGGs to MP3. There are many around, since it does not seem to be allowed to post a link here you googling helps. For example: https://mp3.converter.page/ :-)

Dropbox doesn't do file conversions. You'll either need to install an application on your computer that can play OGG files (I suggest VLC), or ask the sender to re-send them as MP3 files.
