2 months agoI see, thanks for the screenshot habdams - much appreciated.
If this persists after clearing your browser's cache and on another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running, please let me know and I'll send you an email to have a further look internally.

I'm also facing this issue and have tried the solutions recommended above with no success. Roughly a third of all my images are now inaccessible. In some cases, all images from an entire document are gone. This has wiped out seven years' worth of work. I've attached screenshots of just one document below, but it's present across all my documents. If anything can be done to restore these images, I cannot overstate how grateful I would be.

Hi meoliver11 - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Since this seems to be affecting all of your Dropbox Paper docs, I've just gone ahead and sent you an email to have a further look internally at this point.
Whenever you get the chance, please take a look at your inbox and we'll take it from there.

Note that the error affects all Dropbox Paper users worldwide, regardless of their location or the client they are using.
I am a software engineer, and you can verify this by checking that the DNS A record for the attachments.dropboxusercontent.com domain (the domain used by Dropbox Paper for image uploads) no longer exists.
The solution is to inform the team about this issue and restore the domain.

Dear Walter. I cleared the browser cache and used a different browser (edge) + inkognito and nothing helped. It is a really big deal. It is like hundreds of word files you composed are missing suddently 30% of its content. This really makes me question if it is a good idea to compose important documents in dropbox paper - it is a real issue for concern!
I also opened a tickets: #25626833
I hope this is fixed soon. It is a real mess!
