Dropbox previewer issue in MS Explorer Windows 11

hello,

I'm using Dropbox 243.4.6956 and can only preview jpg and not pdf, docx, xlss which is, as we all know very frustrating.

Please advise how I can sort it.

    Are the files marked as available offline on your desktop? 

    What error are you getting when attempting to preview the files?

    The issue isn't related to the browser-based previews its related to the files displayed on the desktop, which i need access too.  i need to see this on my local machine

    Are you experiencing this when previewing files in Explorer, or via the Dropbox site directly?

    What error, if any, are you getting when attempting to preview these files?

    Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
