Dropbox website not loading. Why?
My 50 person organization is all experiencing Dropbox not loading on the web platform
Hey everyone, thanks for posting here!
I'd suggest that you contact our Support team directly about this, in order for them to have a closer look and investigate what might be causing this.
If you have any trouble doing that, don't worry I can definitely help with that, just let me know.
However, if you manage to contact our Team about this, just give me a heads up and share the ticket number here, in order for me to locate it on our system.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

My team is also experiencing issues when using search on the Dropbox website. It shows "something went wrong on our end". We have tried different browsers, restarting our computers, and clearing the cache.

I have a basic drop box account that does not include any support. I can log into my account but can not open any of my files. They are not there but when I refresh a few times I can see them but when I click they don't open and I get the spinning drop box logo. Happening on multiple devices. Any suggestions?

Hey Bmclaren, welcome to our Community!
Is it safe to assume you're referring and trying to access your files using our website?
If not, don't hesitate to correct me. However, if this is the case, would you mind trying a different browser, or an incognito tab on your current browser and share the results with me?
Keep me posted!

Hey everyone, thanks for chiming here and letting us know more about this!
Our engineers were aware of the issue, and it seems to now have been fixed.
If you're still facing any trouble, feel free to try switching to a different browser altogether. Provided that it persists, send me more info, and any screenshots you might have, and we'll take it from there.
Thanks a bunch!

This issue is not resolved. We continue to have issues with Windows 10 computers using chrome and Edge. The only way we can access files is with a Windows 11 computer using chrome.

Sorry to hear this, dragonpro1.
Are you also seeing a blank screen, or receiving the error shown here, when trying to access the Dropbox website?
If you open it via an incognito window instead, while on your Windows 10 device, does that seem to work?
Let me know, and we’ll take it from there.

Please help. I am going crazy!! This started yesterday and now the same today...
I keep trying to open my files in Dropbox. I get the list to the left of the screen but cannot get any to open. I just get the box with the blue outline showing that it is trying. Then I get this Error message:
Something went wrong. Don`t worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified. Check out our Status Page to see if there is a known incident, our Help center and forums for help, or head back to home.
On the Status Page it says this:

Yes I'm referring to the accessing my files via the website. I've tried each of the things you have suggested.
Same issue with Chrome and Edge.Same issue with incognito
Same issue after clearing cashe
This morning I was able to log in and everything looked normal but after logging out and attempting to go back in the same issue presented. The files were not there, after refreshing they appeared but when I tried to open one I got the spinning box but it never went past that screen.
