Feedback about Paper updates and changes.
Been using Paper for years and loved using it, until Dropbox started 'developing' it and making it worse.

I have not noticed new problems using Paper on my iPhone 16 and Mac. But I’ll use this excuse to give some thoughts.
I love Paper. A simple word processor has value. Of course you need big complex ones for big complex jobs, but it’s a relief to NOT be able to chose fonts, or color, or a hundred different things. This makes creative writing easier.
I wish some features could easily be turned off. Such as Comments, or that odd way paragraphs turn yellow. And there something buggy that has hurt me, a thing where I try to change a word in the middle of a paragraph, and the whole rest of the paragraph vanishes. Mysterious. Maybe I’m doing something wrong.
In general I’d prefer if Pages was a bit more slow and steady. Maybe because I’m getting old.

Hey johnweidner! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and feedback, as well. I’m glad to hear you enjoy using Dropbox Paper and it’s proven useful for your type of work.
As for the issues you mention, can you perhaps share a short video recording with me (in a shared link), so that I can have a visual of the issue at hand and further check what may be happening?
