How can I quickly see a list of all my "available offline" files without checking every folder?

I Googled the question and followed the instructions to click on the 3-bar menu. I only see three options: List, Large List (selected), and grid. There is no option for "Available Offline".

I want to reset some of the old files that I no longer need offline.

There is no view that shows all files marked as available offline. Also, it sounds like you were trying this on the Dropbox website. Since each computer can have different files set as online or offline, you'll only see how the files are set within the Dropbox folder on your computer.

Something that you could try, if you're on Windows and have the Dropbox for Windows Update, search your Dropbox folder for . so all files are shown, and see if the Status column will still show the sync status of the files. I'm not on the update yet so I can't test that.

Hi sapporocanada  and welcome back to the Dropbox Community! I’m really glad to hear things are working well now and thank you for taking the time to share your update. It’s always appreciated, especially when it might help someone else looking for their offline files ✨.

I’m Theresa 👩‍💻, one of the Community Managers here at Dropbox. Since you’re working with offline access, I’d love to know... do you have a favourite Dropbox feature that helps you stay productive while working on the go?

    Looking forward to hearing more,
