How to amend the file metadata showing in properties?
My client wants me to amend the information highlighted in yellow. 'Copyright' and 'Creator' shows in Bridge but I am unable to see the 'Artist' part anywhere in my Dropbox or Windows, Mac metadata p...

You will need to download the files and edit on a computer before reuploading. There is no way to do this on Dropbox.

Hi Megan this is correct. I am aware that metadata amendment needs to take place on the desktop, I am reaching out as the screenshot shared in the message apparently comes from Dropbox. I checked the link and I see 'Artist' listed under File-Specific Metadata bus still, I haven't seen this field in any other metadata information section.
Do you have more informations about this? Is there any chance that 'Artist' field can be named differently in Mac, Windows or Adobe Bridge?

When you say that the screenshot is coming from Dropbox, could you elaborate a tad or even better share a full-page screenshot so that we can have a better visual?
Also, when it comes to your last question, I'd suggest doing a web search as it would be outside of our remit.
