I can’t open any of my photos on the Dropbox mobile app or Dropbox.com
I can’t open any of my stored photos on Dropbox mobile or Dropbox.com. What’s going on? I use Apple devices.

This has been going on for a while. The photos are there - they are visible in grid - but if I try to view them, Dropbox stalls on loading all the photos in the folder. If I choose OPEN WITH for any individual photo, Dropbox will load with any of a number of applications offered. But that means i can only view one photo at a time and cannot scroll through all photos in the folder. Viewing any photo individually in this way does not mean that it will be visible in dropbox afterwards.

Hi Denwayz, if the issue hasn't been resolved for you yet, if you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?
