I cannot open my Quicken Backup Files
I use Dropbox with my windows Quicken account. For the last week, I cannot open any of my Quicken backup files from Dropbox. I have spent hours with customer support from Quicken just for them to tell me all my files are corrupted and I need to start anew. This is not an option I am willing to accept at this time. I have found that I can open an old Quicken backup file from my thumb drive, but it is sadly out of date. Has anyone come across this problem before?
I gave up trying to get the 2023 Quicken files to work, so I reentered all my 2023 Quicken transactions. Thank you all for your help in this matter.

Could you try marking the whole folder itself as Available offline in order to get the files downloaded?

The only folder I have Quicken files in that has an option to toggle between "Make online-only" and "Make available offline" is the "Dropbox" folder which was already set as available offline since the option available when I first right clicked the folder was "Make online-only." I have tried opening Quicken various times again today with no success. I will continue to try.
