I'm trying to download a book I bought, but I'm seeing a 400 error.
I tried using multiple internet browsers, but I was unable to download the book I purchased. Error: Error 400

Hi zelena, thanks for posting here.
Can you send me a full screenshot of the error you keep receiving?
Have you also tried an incognito window on your current browser?
Let me know.

Try clearing cache and cookies and see if that helps.
If not you need to go back to who you bought it from and ask for an updated link OR check they have not had sharing stopped for any reason
