mp4 files can't be previewed from an archive file
Hi, Can someone help with this error please.. ".mp4 files can't be previewed from an archive file" I could preview mp4 files for many years until now. Any ideas? The video files are only small, 20...

Out of curiosity, which platform do you use when getting this error?

Hi Lori,
Please find a screenshot of the error attached. I use Chrome but the same thing happens on Safari and Firefox. I have tried allowing all cookies but it did not resolve the issue. I have been able to preview mp4 many times with Dropbox in the past. Thanks

Audio and video files within an archive file can not be previewed.
Have you tried un-archiving the zipped file first, then trying to preview the.mp4?
You can also download the file to your local device, and preview it there.
