My transcript is half Malay, half English. How can I switch it all to English?

To make sure we’re on the same page, you used the transcript tool that’s mentioned here, correct?

 

What’s the original language of the video you uploaded? 

 

If possible, can you upload one more video to Dropbox via another browser and transcribe it? Does the same thing happen again?

    Hi Nancy, yes I used the transcript button at the top right of the dropbox video page. The original video was in English. I tried to upload another video using Firefox (was using Chrome previously) and the outcome is the same. You can notice that the text will translate to Malay either halfway through the paragraphs or the whole paragraphs will be in Malay. The Malay texts when manually translated back to English is what has been talked about in the video. I saw on other forums that this has happened to them before for users in Asia region, hope this can be resolved soon.
