need to transfer a video from dropbox to iphone canero roll - I don't see an export option

I saw some instructions to export a video downloaded to my iphone to the iphone camera roll.

However the export option did not appear.

Is there a way to do this with  the latest ios?

    While previewing the file, tap the ellipsis (three dots) and select Save Video. The video will be saved to your Camera Roll.
