Hi Walter , thanks for responding. I can click on the client's sharing link and access the site. I can see the files, but I cannot click on any of them. See the screenshot below,
The following pop-up appears no matter which button I click:
The blacked out section is my work email address (I can't change this, so it's probably fixed by the client).
After I input my correct email password, then this error pops up:
I've tried both the 'Sign in' and 'Sign in with Microsoft' (my email provider) but the same error message appears.

9 months agoThanks for the screenshots benedicttwl - much appreciated.
Can you maybe try using another network or device and let me know if you get the same error?

Hi Walter, yes, I've tried multiple networks and multiple devices, including on mobile.
I'm using a MacBook, if that's relevant.

I see, thanks for letting me know benedicttwl
Can you also clarify if your client is using an individual Dropbox account or a team one? When you say the transfer is 'protected' can you elaborate a tad on that too?

I'll check with the client.
Regarding 'protection', I'm quoting my client:
"Our files are protected against unauthorized access, In order to access them kindly input your correct email credentials, it will connect to your email provider through a secured IMAP channel to authorize your file download."
