Newly added documents don't show up on our Dropbox.

We are having a problem where new documents being added to our DropBox are not showing up. The person who added the documents can see them but no one else can. I can't tell what documents are and are...

    Got it Kathe Debenham!
    So it looks like this might be a syncing issue. 
    Would you mind checking on your task/menu bar and let me know if you see your little Dropbox icon, next to your WiFi? 
    If so, what do you see there when you hover your mouse over it? That should give you the app's current version and syncing status too.
