So it looks like this might be a syncing issue.
Would you mind checking on your task/menu bar and let me know if you see your little Dropbox icon, next to your WiFi?
If so, what do you see there when you hover your mouse over it? That should give you the app's current version and syncing status too.

I'm assuming you're referring about content inside a shared folder, right? Or is it possible that you're all sharing a Dropbox account?
When you visit your account online, can you see the content there, or not? I'm asking because I need to identify if this is a syncing issue where content doesn't show up locally, or not.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan,
Yes, it is the content inside a folder. All of the people that have access to the folder can not see the items I have added to it in the last 2-3 weeks.
When I login to my online account I can not see the documents.

Just to make sure we're on the same page here: did you add the documents inside the shared folder, or another member?
I'm asking because you initially mentioned someone else added them, so I thought you couldn't see them in your Dropbox account.
If you added these documents, did you use your desktop app, or our website?

I have added documents on my end to our shared folder that my coworker can't see and she has added documents that I can't see.
I used my desktop app to add the documents.

When adding files to your Dropbox folder and they don't appear online, that's usually a sync problem. The simplest explanation is that the Dropbox client isn't running.
Have you checked to make sure that the Dropbox icon is present in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac)? If it's not there, try to launch the Dropbox application. If it is there, what does it say if you hover your cursor over it?
