Hey Megan , some files are a few KB others are at most 50MB.
This happen only with files in a shared folder, but please note that there is not a newer version of the files.
I have tried what you suggested.
Solves the problem for a few days, and then, problem appears again...

2 months agoHey Perifanosf! Just to clarify, do you get the “failed to download” error, after tapping on the yellow question mark icon next to the files you want to make offline?
Also, as a test, I’d like you to follow these steps and let me know if you’re still having an issue after that.

Hello Nancy ! No, yellow questionmark is not "tappable".
I saw the steps, but unfortunately there is not a Toggle for Use data for offline files (Android) as my tablet does not have Cellular data. It's a wifi only model.- Nancy2 months ago

I see, thanks for clarifying that! Is it possible to test this by connecting to another WiFi network temporarily? Are you currently connected to your home network, or a corporate one?
Also, do any of the other folder members encounter any similar issues?
