Open .pages files in Dropbox on iPad
Hi there I‘m moving away from Office 365 to Apple apps. When on my iPad, when I click on a Word file, I get the „open in“ button to open in Microsoft Word. When I click on a .pages file, I only get ...
Right now the "Open in" button only connects app which support a special kind of the Dropbox API to write files back.
The iWork suite (Numbers, Pages, Keynote) all support opening files in Dropbox using the Files integration the Dropbox app offers. It's more cumbersome but you can navigate within Pages to the file to edit it in place.
Making this button offer easier "open in app" via the Files integration is a good feature request, however.
