PDF preview quality is much lower resolution than original
I have a problem where I upload a good quality PDF to dropbox, and when I come to preview it, the quality is much worse... the resolution is terrible and in some cases I struggle to read the PDF. Dow...

9 years agoThe preview page displays a lower resolution image by design. It's simply a preview. If you need to see the file in its original quality, you need to download the file and open it on your computer.

Um why? This used to be fine before. Now we cant look at pdfs unless we download them(the preview is unreadable)? What is the point of the dropbox app or the website then? You basically are saying the only way to share files is to share a zip file but tell them "dont look at the pdfs because you need to download them". How can I turn the downgraded preview thing off?
