Playing audio from the mobile app drops out for a second when using AirPods

Also downloaded the files offline, have not yet gotten a glitch in the last 10 mins at least

11 months agoThanks for the info. As this does seem to be related to the AirPods, and not with the Dropbox mobile app, as it works normally with other headphones and when playing files normally, there isn't much we can assist with.
You could try contacting Apple support to see what could be causing this if there are any other settings or features that could be causing the AirPods to not play the music immediately. Some brief research on this matter has brought up discussion forums with other users experiencing similar behavior when playing audio on their phones in general with AirPods Pro.
