2 years agoHi there, bb-black, I'd be happy to help!
Do you use the macOS on File Provider update, where your Dropbox folder must be located in ~/Library/CloudStorage?
Can you also send me a screenshot of the syncing status, as shown when you hover your mouse over the little Dropbox icon, next to your WiFi on your menu bar?
Also, can you check the info inside your Dropbox folder, and then Get info to let me know how many files do you have there?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

My screenshot:
My Dropbox seems to be only listed under apps. I can't find it in any other folder including iCloud.
This is what my dropbox looks like:
I thought it had migrated to my iCloud but it is not there now.
I'm using 7.67 gb out of 10 currently, sharing on 3 devices (laptop, iPhone, iPad)

Hey bb-black - sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that the desktop app on your computer seems to be paused.
You can try resuming sync and if that doesn't help, you can also install the latest version of the app from this page.

Thanks Walter, but this hasn't helped so far. I've paused and unpaused and nothing changes. I've also downloaded an updated app, but I will try that again today.
