Repeated download error when trying to get file.
I am trying to download an 11Gb MP4 file but every time the download reaches 8.1Gb it shuts down with an "unknown error" message. Any advice from the community will be most welcome.

Is it safe to assume you're using the web to download the .mp4 file? If so, can you try to clear your cache first, and then repeat the process, or even try a different browser, just to notice the behavior there?
