If I understand the issue correctly, it sounds like you're getting an error, when trying to preview a file that you downloaded from your Dropbox account, is that correct? 

 

Feel free to clarify if I got it wrong. 

 

Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the message you mentioned above? 

 

Also, does this happen with one specific file, or multiple ones?
