I'm sorry to hear about this and I'd really like to help as much as possible.
To directly get to the chase, you should be able to use our Rewind feature for folders in your Dropbox account as many times as you wish.
While we're at it, note that I've also passed your comments onto your existing ticket so that we have all the relevant information under one place. I also bumped its priority so you should be hearing from our experts soon.

I just tried running Dropbox Rewind and received the following error:
"Couldn't rewind this folder. Try again or let us help"

Thanks for the follow up, Dylan.
I'm not sure if this is the case, but this error could be due to the folder's size or amount of files that the folder contains.
In any case, I've found your existing ticket on our system and passed your comments there while also giving a bump to the ticket's priority so you should be hearing from an expert soon.
