Same issue, we're using just the browser, and files are so freakin slow, we're talking an hour to download a 17meg file. I notice it slowing after making a few downloads, then it comes to a screaching halt, like they're throttling down the useage or something. It's super frustrating and makes the service completely useless. I'll switch to something else. I had a "tech support" issue going back and forth and after convincing him it wasn't my browser, cache, download speed, first born, whatever, they left it at 'try the app' so I quite the discussion.

Crazy slow again, 2nd file this morning downloading glacially slow. Since taking the screenshot the time has gone up to 1 hour remaining. Everything else on the network is running smoothely including IP phones, Google Doc downloads, streaming.
- trellos10 years agoNew member | Level 2Any help on this? We have the same issue. At the office we have great bandwidth. I can regularly download from google drive at fast speeds. Dropbox takes ~10 minutes to download a 60mb file. What's happening to make this so slow?

Nothing on my side. It's intermittent, most of the time it's fine, the download is complete before I find a location to file it. Other times it takes 10 minutes to an hour to download a 30MB file. I can't find any correllation other than it seems to freeze up if I download several items in a row, like it's throttling me.
