'That didn't work for some reason' message when trying to access a link.

I received the link to a folder, but every time I click on it I get the "That didn't work for some reason" message. I've tried different devices and different browsers, but I get the same response each time. Anyone know how to fix?

Hi Gyro Zeppeli, let's jump right into this!

Just to clarify: is this a shared folder invitation, or a shared link to a folder?

Have you also checked with the owner of the file to see if they've deleted or moved it from their account since they first shared the link with you?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

It's a link, and it's neither been deleted nor moved

Thanks for clarifying that for us Gyro Zeppeli

In that case, their shared links might have been banned or they shared the link in the wrong format somehow.

Could you ask them to share a new link with you and let us know how it goes?
