Thumbnails of photos not showing on Windows 11

Hi there   I have issues with my thumbnails on DropBox   DorpBox is showing all the thumbnails as icons   I have attached a screenshot with this email   Please confirm how to fix this...

I am having the same issue out of no where.  It is only happening on one of my windows 11 PC's.

Hey joshyutah, welcome to our Community! 

 

One thing that I want to ask is if this behavior of files' thumbnails not previewing properly, happens with all of your files, or just some specific ones?

 

The reason I'm asking you to do this, is to identify if the files that fail to preview sync are online-only or available offline.

 

When did this start happening?
