Transcript no option to download or export
Hi there I have been sent a film in Dropbox. I am able to view the autogenerated CC transcript of the film, and it looks pretty accurate. I would like to download this transcript and then pair ...

Thank you for sending the screenshot! It seems you're viewing the transcript directly in Dropbox, and unfortunately, that interface doesn’t offer a transcript download option.
Just a heads-up, Dropbox Replay is a separate product from Dropbox, and this forum is dedicated to Replay support.

Dropbox StaffHey Laura, thanks for reaching out! You should see an option to download transcripts within the Transcript sidebar. I've attached a screenshot to show you exactly where it's located. Please feel free to let us know if you encounter any difficulties downloading the transcripts.
